All of our Crowns of Excellence are unique and only made once.  We make the design while you choose your gemstones and size.  We make our rings in 14K White Gold.  Other metals are available upon request.  Every six months, it's recommended to take your ring in for a professional cleaning and inspection. A professional will ensure that no stones have come loose and no prongs have been bent out of shape.  Sometimes the crowns come out slightly different than the design because of personal preferences or machine capabilities

All sales are final.  we accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item to alert us of the damage, tan return the damaged item to us.  Upon receipt of the damaged item; we will ship out a replacement; if available.  If we cannot replace the item, the we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
